Our Vision

Through our mission, Guardian Angels will significantly impact those we serve by being an innovative, diversified and exceptional provider of senior services.

The Guardian Angels Story

Since 1965, Guardian Angels Senior Services has grown from a single 60-bed nursing home in Elk River into a vibrant, multi-campus nonprofit serving older adults across central Minnesota. Rooted in community and faith, we’ve spent six decades expanding our mission through a full continuum of care—ranging from independent living, assisted living, and memory care to home health, hospice. With a legacy of innovation, strategic growth, and compassionate service, Guardian Angels continues to adapt to the evolving needs of seniors and their families—celebrating 60 years of enhancing lives in 2025

At Guardian Angels Senior Services, our leadership team is united by a shared commitment to compassionate care, innovation, and service excellence. With decades of combined experience in senior care, healthcare, housing, and nonprofit leadership, each member brings unique strengths and a deep understanding of what it means to serve. Together, they guide our mission forward—ensuring we remain a trusted partner for seniors and their families today and into the future.
